Use of the swimming pool at the Country Club is complimentary for registered guests.
The Beach Club is exclusive for the use of members and member-accompanied guests. Non-members and unaccompanied guests may use facilities on the main beach. The Beach Club sits only on a portion of the beach and it is only this portion that is exclusive.
Entrance fee includes the usage of PICO BEACH, COUNTRY CLUB POOL, SHOWER ROOMS, LOCKER ROOMS, and SHUTTLE SERVICE AROUND THE VICINITY.

- For Fully Vaccinated - Vaccination Card (complete dose)
- For Non-Vaccinated: Certificate of Negative RT-PCR or Antigen Test (taken within 72 hours prior to arrival)
- Children 17 years old and below will not be required to undergo testing if all adult companions are fully vaccinated.

Pico is very strict with health safety that’s why they have this rules. Please ready the requirements to avoid hassle.
About the unit
The unit has two (2) bedrooms and two (2) bathrooms. The first bedroom has a queen size bed. The second bedroom have two double deck bed with a third pull out bed. Sofa bed is also available in the living room.
Pillows and blankets are provided. You may bring additional pillows and blanket for added comfort.
The unit has two bathrooms with hot and cold water. Toilet papers are provided. Please bring other toiletries. Towels are provided.
It has a large balcony looking out to the lagoon and the mountain. A dining table with chairs is set up in the balcony so you can dine al fresco while enjoying the fresh air and cool breeze.
Water dispenser is available in the unit. You can purchase 5 gallon water refill in the reception or bring your own. 1st gallon FREE.
