Urban farm on 10 acres 15 minutes to downtown Nashville

The White House @1600 is an urban farm just 15 minutes from downtown Nashville. We have included playing cards, dominos, several board games as well as an XBOX with KINNECT and WII. No need to worry about coffee as we keep a good stock of K-cups on hand as well as cream, sugar and honey. We also invite you to enjoy the welcome basket of treats and want you to feel free to help yourself to any of the items in the fridge and cabinets (usually there will be some fresh eggs from our chickens). Our guests are able to access free WiFi as well as Dish Network services. The property is 10 beautiful acres and we hope you have time to get outside and explore our piece of paradise. Ask us about using the land as a private event space as well. This house has been completely remodeled and we hope you enjoy it as much as we have enjoyed creating it.

1 BR, + extra long bunk house, full bath, full kitchen and LR. Stainless appliances and quartz countertop. Flatscreen TV with Dish network service, XBOX 360, WII plus large sectional in LR. 1 mile from Peeler Park.

The house was exceptionally clean. The a/c and dehumidifier worked very well. The kitchen was reasonably stocked. The host was very attentive, while the check-in and check-out processes were smooth. The WIFI was slow and spotty.

We were so blessed to have found this gem for our Nashville stay! The hospitality Mrs. Janice showed us was impeccable! She was so sweet and so accommodating. The house was perfect for me, my husband, and our son. It was so clean and very welcoming. The location of the house to all the things we did was perfect. Nothing was more than 20-30 minutes away, except the NASCAR race, but it was 45 minutes away. If we are ever in the area again, we will be rebooking this amazing space! Book it! You will not regret it!

Perfect Stay

We came down for a golf trip. This was a perfect location in between all the courses we played. The property matched the description and met every expectation and was also very clean. Communication was simple. The neighborhood felt very safe. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends visiting from out of state!

Restful retreat

The communication with the owner was outstanding. Wonderful getaway close to downtown Nashville (15 minutes) but definitely had a rural feel to it. Very clean and everything on the property was as promised. Highly recommend and we will be back the next time we visit Nashville.

First Time in TN

The house is great! Very clean and close enough to the city that you can drive in, but far enough away that we got to have a quiet stay. We loved the front porch, and I spend some down time sitting out there reading. The only downside was the internet connection. It was really spotty, and sometimes we couldn't connect at all. Otherwise, a great place to stay!

Rural setting close but close to attractions.

Very close to Peeler Park Greenway trail for quick and easy access. Getting to Downtown Nashville was not difficult but congested during rush hours. Gaylord resort and Convention Center and Opry Mills Mall within a few miles.
