Nestled in the historic and lively neighborhoods of Music Row and Midtown, you’re just minutes from the best honky-tonks, country music bars, and iconic venues that Nashville is famous for. Enjoy a stroll to The Gulch, Broadway Street, or the Ryman Auditorium—your country music adventure starts right at your doorstep.

You are only a few blocks from Vanderbilt University, great restaurants like Catbird Seat, Halls Chophouse, Henley, Ichigo Ichie and Giovanni’s. A 5-minute walk to Loser’s Bar, where artists like Riley Greene and Post Malone consistently stop in for a drink and impromptu concert, and the Patterson House for an upscale cocktail.

Nice rental near the heart of Nashville

Parking is really the only concern here. On our visit there was some construction on the street the made parking limited. Parking lot across the street is pricey. Otherwise the unit and location are great!
