The home was in good condition. We found most things that we needed were available. The master bedroom bed is very hard but the other 2 bedrooms had good reviews from our family members. We gave the host some tips to help their guests feel more at home. It felt a little high priced for what we recieved, but that may just be the area. It was super close to the expo center, which is what we needed. Having a nice dining table and chairs was a plus. The HVAC was a real plus. Having a washer and dryer with soap for the clothes washer was a home run. More spices, soaps/conditioner/shampoo in the bathroom is a needed add. So for now, if you choose this location, bring spices if you want more than salt & pepper, and bring your own shampoo, conditioner, and soap. There are plenty of blankets but maybe also bring your favoite pillow.

House was very nice and in a very nice neighborhood. House was clean and very well organized with plenty of towels. It was nice to have a full size washer and dryer. I will book this house again.

Host was accommodating to our requests. Home was very clean and located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the layout of the rooms which allowed plenty of space for our family to interact and also have quiet at night. It was relaxing to stroll the large fenced back yard and have coffee in the yard chairs. Porch light on upon arrival and a bench for seating at the front were nice. The pictures and wall hangings were cheerful and full of encouraging words. Wifi was easy to connect with the posted information. We would happily stay here again.

Spacious, clean, and comfortable

We had a great stay visiting for a soccer tournament. This property is in a very nice quiet neighborhood & is extremely conveniently located in the center of Murfreesboro. The house is spacious, clean, and comfortable. The pictures online capture it perfectly--it's not ultra-modern, but it's homey and comfortable & was percent for our 4 day visit. Be sure to bring shampoo/soap for the bath/shower and basic cooking goods that you'll need (oil, coffee, etc), otherwise you may have to purchase them in town. Overall, this is a great place, and we would definitely stay here again!

Spacious home on quiet neighborhood

We rented this home for a week in order to spend time with my mother-in-law who loves close by. The neighborhood is quiet with yards that are well maintained. The house was spacious with a well stocked kitchen. The furniture was comfortable with reclining sofas. Although we didn’t use it, the backyard was large and well kept. We highly recommend this property.

Just what we were looking for

We stayed at this convenient centrally located property for our daughter's wedding. Check in and check out were super easy. Beds were comfortable. The place has all the amenities we were looking for. Would highly recommend staying in this home.

It was very comfortable. I work out of town a lot and staying here made me feel not so far away. It is a great neighborhood and very friendly people. Very peaceful.
