This beauty is right in the heart of Nashville & its rich music scene, shopping venues, gastronomic delights & business hub. There's a plethora of things to do & numerous places to eat for you foodies out there.

This space is comfortable & functional with free parking, free wi-fi, smart tv, fully equipped kitchen & pet friendly (add'l fees).

The place is located in a transitioning neighborhood. Your safety is our priority. The property features a 360-degree security camera system, secure gated parking, all to provide you with peace of mind during your stay.
There is a private hot tub room on the property that is by reservation only at a nightly rate. Please let me know if you have any interest in reserving a night/s during your stay.
There are tenants downstairs that you may hear from time to time. We offer ear plugs just in case :).

The primary renter MUST BE 21 @ the time of stay (required by law) & we do ask anyone under age by accompanied by parents or guardians at all times for their safety.

Pets are welcome with a $60 pet fee (up to 2 pets) with the following conditions. Let us know ahead of time if you plan to bring your pet. We do require you to not allow pets on ANY of the furniture (add'l fees will apply). We suggest bringing their own bedding as well. We try to supply waste bags so that you may clean behind your pet (s).

When booking, it is assumed you have read & agreed to this agreement. You & your guest are bound to all terms & conditions listed in this rental agreement, as well as property specific rules & regulations.
