"All brand-new appliances, impeccably clean! Close to the beach. One level and no stairs which is great for the older folks! Beautiful rooms, bathrooms, floors! Not a very large house, but very cozy. I would say it sleeps 3 couples if sharing a room, or 3-4 people if not sharing (couch adds one). Nothing bad to say. Would rent again!"

"We visited as a family of 6 (2 kids, 2 grandparents, 2 parents). The house has been tastefully renovated and was comfortably furnished. The kitchen had what we needed for making breakfasts and lunches (we went out for dinners). The house is cozy but plenty of space for the group we had. "What a gem! I almost didn’t want to leave a review because this place is such a gorgeous hotel and I want to come back. We come to Newport often and this was the best stay we’d had yet (and I’ve been in a dozen hotels). Beautifully decorated down to real flowers. We stayed in a suite and the pull out bed was so comfy. Highly Recommend - we will be back!!!"
