Central air, all new plaster and paint, refinished beautiful hardwoods, beautiful new white kitchen cabinets, granite counters, stainless appliances, 2 stackable washer/dryers, all tastefully decorated furniture and bedrooms that include all comfortable beds, large wall mounted flat screen TV in the living room. Perfect set up for multiple families to vacation together and large enough for Wedding Parties! Hardwoods throughout, new kitchen, new bathrooms, large bedrooms and generous back deck for grilling on those warm summer nights with 3 large patio tables and umbrellas with plenty of chairs. Linens and towels are provided as well as all bedding and beach towels. Enjoy your privacy in the back yard situated on a 1/2 acre. We provide plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys and coolers. This home is in the perfect location. Narragansett Town Beach is just 2.5 miles away, and also close to more beautiful beaches such as Scarborough State beach and Roger Wheeler State beach. Roger Wheeler State beach leads to Galilee where you can board the Block Island Ferry or enjoy all the shops and renowned restaurants, or go fishing off the rocks and watch the boats go by in the breachway. This home is also walking distance to downtown historic Wakefield where you will find plenty of shops, popular restaurants, famous Brickleys Ice Cream, and the well-known 7 mile South County bike path. BIKE RENTALS located less than 1/2 mile walking distance to the house at W.E. Stedmans Bike shop.. Basketball, tennis courts and softball fields are about 1 mile away. South County Commons is a quaint development with more shops and restaurants and a movie theater about 5 minutes away.

Bachelorette Get Away!

This house was absolutely amazing! It was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and fun stay. The beds were super comfy, the kitchen was fully stocked, and the outdoor space was perfect for relaxing. We didn’t want to leave! Highly recommend and would 100% stay here again.

Had a great experience and would definitely stay at this property again! The host was very responsive and quick to answer questions. The house has a lot of space with great sized bedrooms and comfortable beds. Perfect for a going to the beach because the house comes with beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas.

Perfect Bachelorette Weekend

We absolutely loved staying here for my bachelorette weekend! The house itself had plenty of space for 10 people, was clean and conveniently located near the Narragansett beaches, downtown Wakefield and Newport. Robin the property manager was also very communicative the week of our stay which made for an easy check in. Couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate with my friends and would definitely consider renting it again for another girls trip.

Sparkling clean!

Our group had an amazing experience at this gorgeous home! The house was sparkling clean, spacious, and a comfort to come back to after days at the beach. The location was perfect for a quick trip to beaches, shops and restaurants. Would definitely book again!

Beautiful home, even better than the pictures. We had 12 people for a family vacation. Plenty of room inside and outside. Home was well stocked for all of our needs including nice beach chairs. Location was great, close to multiple beaches, ferry to Block Island, Galilee, food markets, and liquor stores. Reasonable drive to Newport for Mansion tours, restaurants, tourist shops. Went golfing, did a fishing charter, rail biking, Fresh Lobster bake. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this home.

Great stay outside of Newport!

We hosted my cousin’s bachelorette party here, and the house was perfect for a large group of girls! The house was super clean, had bedrooms for everyone, and anything and everything we could think of needing. Close enough to go to and from Newport pretty easily, and right around the corner from an adorable little town! Thanks so much for a great stay!

As soon as we all pulled up to the house, we are thrilled, the house, exterior an interior looked exactly as the photos. The house was clean and beautiful, keys were where they were supposed to be, lots of room to hang out and chat, beds comfortable-- a gorgeous and easy place to be.

A perfect house!

I had my bachelorette party in RI and needed a place for 9 of my closest ladies to stay (plus myself) and this was genuinely the perfect house! It was centrally located to so many restaurants and not too far from the day time activities we had booked. The house was clean and really well stocked! We keep joking that we might need to have an annual girls trip here because it was that perfect! Highly recommend!

Family Vacation
