"I liked EVERY thing about my room. Extremely clean! Nice water shower pressure. Would have preferred a spring lauded firm mattress, rather than the firm foam. A jar to hold flowers would also have been helpful. Staff is extremely kind, welcoming and helpful. No pretenders. No fakes. I felt they were GENUINE."

"They had issues with the elevators. Housekeeping came and only did trash leaving behind towels and never brought new ones. When you call the front desk for help, they apologize and say it will be handled and that NEVER happens lol. Had to go down there and pile up towels, tissue, and washcloths in my hands from the front desk. The room in the iron didn't work and that took 1.5 days to get a new one for some reason. Gym was fair and so was pool. Room was nice and you can walk to some places...

"Breakfast was good. Property and surrounding area is beautiful. We did notice my sister who checked in immediately after us, got a completely different welcome. She was given water, was asked why she was visiting the area, was told about complimentary cookies. We got none of that. Staff seen around the property was not friendly. "

From Valerie, who checked us in late at night to Kaitlyn, who made a special request happen, to George and Ashley from housekeeping… to room service.. EVERYTHING was perfect. We could not have asked for a better stay. I highly recommend this property for anyone on a business trip, visiting the local university, or just in town for fun. Thank you everyone!
