"The check-in process was seamless, the room and space were clean. There are seats and a table outside to enjoy the a morning coffee or breakfast, or simply rest and take in the lake view. For breakfast, we were served continental breakfast, as well as hot hash browns and egg bites which were more than what we expected and we appreciated it. The mattress is very likely an all-foam mattress. It’s slightly firmer than most mattresses at hotels, but still cradle the body. We would stay here...

"Room was comfortable, outside patio great, breakfast was fabulous (best omelet I have ever eaten!) But no TV in rooms or in common area???? This is fine in a wilderness retreat where the objective is to get away from it all, but in a suburban setting? What moral message is the owner trying to convey? Lack of this basic amenity spoiled what was otherwise a great experience."

"The property is beautiful old vintage charm clean well kept. On a hot July month of 34-36C of outdoor activities, I was looking forward to bathe sleep refreshed. But the bedroom is maintained with a portable AC not enough to keep the room cool. I asked for an electric fan, the owner agreed to provide me but never did. We had to cut short the stay and booked with another hotel. If it wasn’t summer it wouldn't have mattered. Thank you always."

"The property is immaculate and well equipped with the latest electronic devices. So, the facility is superb, therefore a 10 rating. However, it's the hosts that give it that definable EXTRA. Jay and Jessie are interesting, helpful and most of all involved. And Jessie's breakfasts are fresh, creative, delicious and nutritious. Really, the best."
