Welcome to Mountain Top Manor, your ultimate getaway nestled in the serene Mountains of Naples, NY. Experience dramatic 360-degree views from the very top of a Mountain. This spacious retreat on 30 private acres sleeps 16 comfortably across 6 bedrooms and features 5 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms. Dive into relaxation with a large pool and unwind in the 7 person hot tub. Enjoy modern comforts like WiFi, space for your entire family, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Imagine a haven of tranquility, nestled deep in the heart of the Finger Lakes. Centrally located 15 minutes from Bristol Ski Resort, Centered between Canandaigua and Keuka lakes, golf courses, wineries, Cummings Nature Trails, located in the 6,000 square acres of Hi Tor State Park , near hiking, waterfalls, boating, fishing, and more. Enjoy spacious rooms with hot tubs, fireplaces, pool, and wireless internet. Our setting is perfect for your family vacations/special occasions/weddings in Naples.
No smoking is permitted inside or within 20 ft of the property.

During winter, 4WD may be necessary. We will always do our best to have the driveway plowed, but this property is at the very top of a mountain and winter conditions have been known to make it difficult to drive up the mountain.
The house is located in the mountains, so occasional wildlife is inevitable. It is not out of the norm to see deer, turkeys, red tail hawks, foxes, eagles or other animals. It goes without saying, but please do not try to pet or feed the wildlife.
There is a section of the house that is closed off to guests, you still have access to over 6500 square feet of the home.
The pool is open between Memorial Day and Labor Day. The liner was just replaced in the pool and it makes the pool look slightly different than in photos.

Great Place for a family reunion

We had a large group come and stay at this property for a family reunion over the spring break. The house is at the top of a mountain in the finger lakes areas. The views are great on a clear day. We stayed in April and the roads were clear, but if it is winter time it would be hard to summit the hills to get to the house. The road from Canandaigua on the east side of the lake is not bad, but the roads from Naples or Italy could be problematic if icy. The house is large and looks to be built as a Bed and Breakfast for different families to have their own space and some common areas. It was a great place that people could retire to if they needed a moment to get away. Each bedroom has a bathroom and except for one had a shower/bath. We spent a lot of time in the house and made a lot of meals. Although the second kitchen is awkwardly skinny, it was very nice to have access to a second stove/oven when making large meals for our large group. The kitchens were well stocked with almost everything we needed. We never know what will be available but were impressed with that was there. There are enough plates for a banquet hall. Internet was fast and reliable. The hot tub worked well, but the weather didnt cooperate so we didnt enjoy it as much as we would have wanted to. The Game room was a great place to put the kids to play. We didnt have any issues during our stay and the host communicated quickly when we had questions.

A Spectacular Place

The house is amazing and we had a wonderful time. Two of the hot tubs were broken and the pool needed filling. Jimmy was so helpful and kind. We would highly recommend this location!
