Great view, great balcony

This condo was a pleasnt surprise, very open, bedrooms were on opposit ends with there own baths. The balcony and view was amazing. You can see the sound and the ocean. Would stay here again

OBX first timer

The property was ok. Some trash left by the previous tenant under the bed, night stand and end table that was not cleaned by the cleaning company. The condo did not have any baking pans/ cookie sheets or tea towels. The dryer took over 2hrs per load to dry. The large burner on the stove worked intermittently. The rest of the burners were fine. Couches need to be replaced or deep cleaned. They were dirty and felt slimy. Dog friendly condo, but really smelled like dirty wet dog. Some febreeze helped a lot. Loved that it has 3 bathrooms. The deck chairs were great to enjoy the view. The location is spectacular and we really enjoyed the pool. Others

The couch need to be replaced as it is looked nasty and had a smell. It was disappointing.

Overall I liked the amenities of the property. My kids and I enjoyed the pool. It was walking distance to the beach although you have to walk a busy highway to get there. It was very near the church ,the outlets and good restaurants.

Cleaning could have been better . A rolled up wet rug was left in one of the bedrooms . Also some iphone cords left in wall. the fridge and freezer not keeping temp. in beginning , I had to reset it after our frozen food had defrosted . There should be directions on how to use the TV. and the internet was bad . tv in bedroom away from LV would lose signal around 900pm every night .

Not as described

The property is described as a two bedroom with two king beds. The beds are queen sized. Even without COVID, I would have expected better cleanliness, but with COVID and per Resort Realty's cleaning procedures the place really should have been better cleaned. There were surfaces unwiped (ie fresh coffee stains on the tables), hair on the beds and bedside tables, dirty blankets thrown on the closet floors, and stained couches. I did report this and Resort Realty sent over a cleaning crew as an attempt to rectify. I was also told the blankets are "use at your own risk" as they are not laundered between guests. The community pool was closed and that was never communicated to us prior to the trip (closed due to COVID, which is forgivable, but lack of communication on this is not). The location is right next door to the outlets, there is a beautiful view of the sound in the background of the pool, it's across the highway from Jeanette's pier (which we found too busy, but other beaches further north are wonderful). I appreciated the open communication and suggestions from Resort Realty. The unit is located on the first floor, which is above the parking garage and you can easily take the stairs up to it.

Excellent Condo!

Our family and small puppy had a wonderful stay. The condo was plenty of space for the 5 of us, and was furnished with everything we needed. The deck was a cozy place to sit and drink coffee while looking at the pretty views. The only downside to our experience (and it wasn’t a big deal) is that while the beach is only a few blocks away, you have to cross a major road, making it nearly impossible to cross on foot. But, really, that’s a minor inconvenience. We wholly recommend staying here. Beautiful property! Thanks for a much-needed wonderful week.
