"Awesome view, staff very friendly, older property but clean and no bugs which are common in SC. If you are a ritzy kind of person, you will pay $5k next door per night for the same view. I paid $300. ish in July per night. I will go back. They do allow pets but I didn't notice smells or stains. Cute room but not fancy by any means."

"Friendly staff. We had a lot of rain one night and the window and ceiling leaked really bad. There was sand in the bed as soon as we got in it. Also sand on the floor we couldn’t walk without shoes. Was very helpful when we got in super late though."

Balcony rails were rusted and looked like black mold around the air conditioner and on the floor around it on the balcony. House keeping staff reeked of weed when they were next to us on elevator. "Oksana and Mike were wonderful host with communication and information. There was a parking issue when we arrived cause others parked incorrectly and they were quick to get things fixed and had everything all set up for snacks and drinks. We stayed in Suite 4 and had perfect view of the beach and could be on the sand within minutes. The whole house is immaculate and everyone was so kind that we ran into who was also staying. 10/10 because I initially wanted to save some and get a hotel but so...
