Classic, historic, dedicated beach access, lovely grounds, lush landscaping and gardens, and a great vibe. Rocking chairs and porch swings harken back to the good ‘ol days. Wonderful breakfasts by Chef Georgia, with eclectic culinary creations. Just love this ‘old woodie’ hotel in the original classic OBX architectural style."

"We Love the Seahorse Cottage!! This was our second visit to OBX and our second stay here. We had the same cottage as last year and it was great! It has everything you need and is very comfortable. "Property was hard to find in the dark a bigger lighted sign would help. Parking is tight if a person with a large truck parks beside you. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. Bed was comfy. I will go back if I need a port in a storm again "
