"The location was the best part of this property. It is right by the beach and only a few minute walk will get you to the shore. The cleanliness is the biggest issue with this property. The property was filthy especially the kitchen and bedroom areas. The bed sheets had a horrible musty smell to them. The bed is also very uncomfortable and possibly broken. The utilities all worked fine in the kitchen but nothing was cleaned properly."

"We didn't end up staying here, we had to get a hotel. This place was gross. Infested with cockroaches and you could see where many of them had been killed on the ceiling and walls, there were splattered bug remains. "

"The condo was on the ground floor so we could walk right out to beach access. The location is close to the pier, restaurants and shopping. The unit has been remodeled and kitchen, bathrooms were a cut above everything else I saw in Nags Head. The owner is very responsive to questions. You will not be disappointed with this property."

"We loved our stay at Sugaree! Great location- close to all that Nags Head has to offer yet quiet and serene. A quick walk to the lifeguarded beach, which never felt crowded. The space in the house was just what we needed for our family of four. Very clean upon arrival. We enjoyed the hot tub and views from the top deck. The seating area under the house was nice for escaping the sun and feeling a nice breeze. Would definitely stay again!"

"This house was perfect for our vacation. It’s decorated adorably, the kitchen is stocked with everything you might need, the beds (and even the pillows) were comfortable, they had tvs in all rooms with “guest” account options on many of the apps so you don’t have to sign yourself into everything, and the owners even provided things I did not expect like laundry detergent, trash bags, hand soap, etc. There is also a good sized fenced in yard, which was amazing when it came to traveling with a...

"The house is a good size for 4-6 people. Comfortable beds (2 twin, one king, one queen). The kitchen works and the host was very responsive to questions. The house is a few blocks from the beach, a fairly quick walk. Plenty of restaurants and other activities nearby. It was a great stay, would definitely recommend and consider going again."

"We really enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean and packed full of extra things ( towels, bikes, soap, garbage bags, paper towel, beach gear). I really appreciated the extra touches the host provided. The backyard is beautiful and was a great place to hang out, especially when it was really hot on the beach! Thank you for sharing your home!"
