"Our stay at Chez Hotel was unfortunately very disappointing. Upon checking in, we were initially assigned a room that smelled strongly of smoke, which was especially concerning given that we were traveling with two children under the age of 2. While the front desk did accommodate our request to move rooms, the second room created an entirely different issue. We were placed directly next to the elevator, sharing a wall with it.
