And for those who enjoy exploring, there are plenty of shopping, dining, and entertainment options just a short distance from the condo. When you're ready for some downtime, our beautiful, spacious condo awaits with all the comforts of home. The balcony offers stunning views of the ocean and is the perfect spot to unwind and watch the world go by. Inside, you'll find comfortable furniture, a fully equipped kitchen, and everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Noise from television, stereo equipment, musical instruments, and people should be always kept at a minimum and especially during the hours of 11:00 p.m. through 8:00 a.m.

Beach Getaway!

The place was very nice and very clean! Perfect location to all the bars and restaurants, and loved having beach access right in front of the property which overlooked the ocean! Only downfall was there is no beach towels, so need to bring your own.

Clean, quiet condo with awesome view

We really enjoyed our stay at 7th Heaven. Convenient location, more than enough room for our 3 adults. The pool and beach access was very easy. Would rent again.

Disappointment

Great view of the ocean. The condo itself was not clean when we arrived, The nightstand tables were dirty/sticky with glass markings. Both tubs still had sand in them and one of the sinks had multiple strands of hair. Bath floors were sticky and sandy. The bath fans are loaded with dust and hair and it’s extended along the ceiling. The extra blankets supplied for the beds were all dirty (all 3 had been just refolded after use they were not checked, one had peanut butter and jelly smeared on it. The towels are so cheap and scratchy that fuzz sticks to you after you shower with them, same as the bed sheets super cheap and stretched out. The kitchen supplies also super cheap and need replacing. The area is just ok, definitely need to Uber or have a car .

Exceptional Service & Stay

I booked this listing for our annual family vacation. This place did not disappoint. The host was very friendly and helpful. The listing was just as pictured or even better than advertised, check in and check out was very accommodating. I would recommend this vacation place with beautiful ocean views to anyone looking into vacation with family in an amazing resort. Parking was no issue and parking passes are provided, but please be mindful of the people who park near or next to you as the lot will fill up.

Great stay!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean and comfortable. The oceanview was outstanding! The location was convenient to local shops and mins drive away from Broadway at the Beach which we visited daily! I would recommend this condo!
