Enjoy breathtaking views with this rare, ocean facing three bedroom three bath on the 18th floor of the Sand Dunes Resort North Tower. The unit includes a wrap around patio with four elevated Adirondack chairs and three seated, which will surely serve to offer precious moments even when you're not down at the beach or out on the town. Each bedroom includes it's own TV with the master and one bedroom having private bathrooms, and the orange push pop looking room joining to the shared bathroom for the main room. The kitchen has plenty of space with amenities such as a full Keurig machine, regular coffee machine, knives, kitchen utensils, Calphalon pans, in-unit laundry and more.

Onsite amenities include direct beach access, the ocean side pool, outdoor grassy lounge area and chairs, indoor pool and hot tub, fitness center and more!

Within a block are oceanfront restaurants Salt & Lime and Beachfront Kitchen and Bar, as well as a River City Cafe and Starbucks. Just up 74th across N Kings Highway is the new location of one of our local favorites, Crave Italian Oven & Bar. Within the area, you will find some of the best grub in Myrtle Beach, such as Gios Italian Kitchen, Fire & Smoke, Hook & Barrel, Blueberry's Grill for breakfast, Mimosa's, Fiesta Mexicana, Flamingo Grill, Cantina Imperfecto, and much more.

Per stay, there will be provided eight Sands resorts wristbands to access resort amenities and two parking passes to the Sands Resort garages and lots. Additional parking may be available on public streets through ParkMobile, although seasonal hours and conditions may apply.

Important: We do not have access to the on site water park adjacent to N Ocean Blvd. To gain access to this with your stay, please book a room through the Sand Dunes Resort website directly. If you want the best views with phenomenal private cleaners, we are your choice and highly recommend Myrtle Waves Water Park by Broadway at the Beach!

Please note, hurricane season for Myrtle Beach is from July through October and weather conditions cannot be guaranteed. To protect your whole stay and replan your vacation, please consider booking travel insurance. As insurance only covers mandatory evacuations, we are happy to work with you on refunding part of your stay if it overlaps with travel times.

Excellent and Prompt Communication

We really enjoyed staying at this condominium. The view was amazing. Dave was incredibly responsive and communicative. I highly recommend staying at this spacious, luxurious condominium. Nothing was forgotten with the furnishings, and if it was, it was available with the ease of a text.

Wel loved this condo! It fit all of our needs very well. The views are amazing and we spent so much time out on the balcony just enjoying the breeze and view while watching the ocean. 4 different resturaints on site, plus starbucks across the street makes for a great vacation location. The host was quick to respond to comunication amd very friendly. We hope to stay here again next time we come back to myrtle.
