"We had a terrible experience with Professional Holiday Homes. Our holiday rental wasn't cleaned on time, and PHH offered unsuitable alternative accommodations. They promised a late checkout, but it wasn't honoured. Their rental agreement terms are unreasonable (see below), and they were difficult to contact. "Our stay at Le Vista, Culburra Beach was terrible. We stayed here for a family member's 30th birthday and we all left wishing we'd have stayed home and saved our money. Our issues were numerous. To begin with the balcony railing was loose on the front balcony. A child could have slipped through and off the balcony to the ground below, this was a major safety issue!
