"A hidden gem in the heart of Hanoi! We stayed at Hanoi Solis Hotel for 4 nights and absolutely loved our experience. "The most helpful, friendly and welcoming staff I’ve ever had when travelling. They went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible, helping many times to plan trips, lots of local recommendations! The room was beautiful, pristine clean and has everything you need. Great location for the Old Quarter, only a short walk to the night markets, to train street and many other beautiful spots. We actually booked extra nights here after we were due to check out as we loved it so much....

"I stayed here for two nights. Even before I arrived they messaged me via WhatsApp and made sure that I had all my arrangements and if I needed anything. When I first arrived in Hanoi, and then flying out with 4 nights in between. As I was traveling from another country I had luggage I didn’t need. They were very accommodating towards me and allowed me to leave my luggage for those 4 days and it was ready for me when I came back. The staff were so friendly and always made me feel like a VIP....
