"Location was amazing, every attraction is within a short few minutes walk. There were pubs, restaurants right below which we did not find noisy. Apartment had a lift, we stayed in apt 13 on the 5th floor with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a balcony with a nice view overlooking the Calton Hill. Checking in was easy with a pin code for the entry gate, lift and apt, felt very safe with CCTV around the common areas. Whole house was fully equipped with heaters, even for the bathroom floors. "The room was amazing with plenty of space, the washing machine is a bonus. My teenage daughter had her own little room in the alcove which she loved. The hotel is very central to walk to all the tourist attractions. All the staff is very nice and ready to help you. "

The location is ideal, just off the Royal Mile, and the apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay — it really was a perfect Christmas. "Loved our stay in a 2 bed apartment in Braid apartments. Beds so comfortable that I didn’t want to leave ! Great welcome basket with some breakfast items were waiting for us on arrival. 2 bathrooms with showers in each and great heat throughout the apartment. Super place to be based as so close to princes street and main sites. Staff very helpful before arrival and provided information when it was needed. We arrived around 8pm and it was easy to access with the provided code which was emailed...

The apartment was exceptionally clean and had all the amenities needed for us to feel comfortable. Communication with the management team was excellent - I had a few questions about appliances which were answered immediately. "
