"Never ever book this hotel even if you get free deal. Worst ever experience. I travel globally but never had such a bad experience anywhere. They literally don’t pick up your call if you need anything. The shower gel was finished and I made complaint 3 times, still they didn’t refill it. Also bathroom shower gel dispenser was broken before I checked in and they thought I broke it. Later on confessed that it was their mistake. The reception staff is not at all polite. "

"Room and bathroom were spacious. I liked the water dispenser in the room which also provided instant hot water. Pool area was lovely and we had it to ourselves one afternoon. There is a spa in the hotel, recommend the foot and Balinese massage. Staff were very friendly. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, bars and shops nearby."

"Love this place!!! Staying in villa across the road but I ran out of electricity. My fault. Not the time to explain. But did need to book a Villa so I could charge my phone. Had a shower there too. Lovely space. Will tell my friends. Either way, lovely reception, loved the place. Didn’t see the pool because I’m in my villa pool now - with power and lights. Amazing. Thank you 5 ⭐️"

"Mother and adult daughter stayed here for 10 days. Staff were amazing and helpful. Enjoyed the pool, good sized rooms, furnishings were a bit dated. Restuarant was great. Easy to book and great food"

"Updated, comfortable bed. Clean room. Upon checking out staff wanted to charge me for a broken “do not disturb” sign. The sign was already broken when I checked in. Document the room when you arrive to avoid additional charges. "

"The best is the swimming pool if you feel to use it. If not, I wouldn't reccomend this hotel: the furniture is old and rusty, the walls paint is falling and globally it could be much more clean. The staff is wonderful, very friendly and helpful. "

"It was a very comfortable stay, and the staff was amazing!! They couldn't have treated us better. Customer service was first class. My only concern was the open bathroom invited many mosquitos into our room. Not sure if they were already nesting in our bungalow or snuck through the door, but after dusk it was a mosquito party in our room. The staff did spray our room for bugs and put a repellent coil in the bathroom. Thankfully, we also had a mosquito net. My friend and I were killing mosquitos...

"You get what you paid for. On positive note .Was private safe and reasonably quite. Bedding clean changed sheets every day .Unit cleaned everyday . All essential shopping close by. Staff pleasant however no english speaking staff. Stayed extra night due to flight change they accomadated me. Overall pleasent and clean stay. "

"Staff hotel sangat ramah dan membantu. Apartemen 3 kamarnya sangat luas dng kmr mandi dalam di setiap kamar. Dapur yg dilengkapi kulkas, kompor listrik, oven, microwave dan dispenser air. Berada di lingkungan yg tenang. Cocok utk keluarga dan rombongan yg tidak suka suasana ramai. Kekurangannya hotel ini terlihat kurang terawat, out of date, sayang sekali krn hotelnya cukup besar. Overall apartment butuh perbaikan dan pembaruan utk perlengkapan dan perabotannya. Peralatan dapurnya hanya ada...

"For our purpose this was great. Clean comfortable functional (common kitchen in large common space). Cozy hotel ! I would stay there again if price was similar."
