Das personal war sehr freundlich und hat uns sogar ein upgrade auf das gebuchte Zimmer gegeben - sehr nett und danke ! Es war alles so wie wir es benötigt haben

A bit dated complex with a lot of stair steps. Overall quite clean except for dusts gathered in less used spots. However all of these are more than offset by the magnificent view of the lake and the mountains. Hence the 4 stars. Will give 4.5 stars if possible.
