"This property is in an excellent location and a safe secure community. Seconds to the most beautiful beach and amenities and in a gated community. Unfortunately the air conditioning units were not working in 2 of the bedrooms due to the remote controls not functioning. A few small additions that could make this place better would be hand towels, beach towels and beach chairs, scissors, a toaster, an electrical outlet in one of the bathrooms and a plug/stopper for the kitchen sink! Good value....

"What a great find! Beachfront property with a excellent view (although the beach was somewhat rocky)! "Poe" (property mgr) was a kind soul and was always there if we needed anything. King bed downstairs and singles in the upstairs loft. This property doesn't have A/C, so it does get somewhat warm during the day, but the Pacific breeze cools the space at night. Good value for the money!"

"La tarjeta para prender la luz está enlazada con la llave de la habitación. No se la pueden separar. Cuando se sale del cuarto, se debe recuperar esa tarjeta para cerrar la puerta. Entonces se apaga la luz y el aire acondicionado. Cuando uno entra en el cuarto después de horas, el calor está muy fuerte y se necesita bastante tiempo para que la temperatura esté fresca…."
