"My only issue was with parking. The agent at the time of my check in did not explain to me that it was two different entrances for cars and trucks. I have a chevy transverse. Big suv. There also not any signs telling you the difference. To make a long story short.. I ended up damaging my passenger side door because I went out the exit for smaller cars. The driveway and wall is my mark properly."

"We got to the hotel almost 4 hours early and asked if we could have an early check-in — Jay was super helpful and accommodated us within 5 minutes (I know that's not always the case, but he let us know it may not be possible since they were sold out the previous night and was very nice about it). The property is very well maintained, the staff was helpful and friendly, and the pool area is really cute with a ton of lounge areas, and we basically had it to ourselves...
