The rich yet simple pleasures of countryside life are given the perfect twist at this charming retreat renovated from a typical farmhouse. There is a large outdoor pool area with sun loungers for the exclusive use of the guests to unwind with lush views of the surrounding countryside and olive groves. The property\'s well-manicured garden provides much-needed respite and shade to enjoy alfresco dining in two cosy setups under a parasol and also offers a BBQ.
This semi-detached escape can easily host up to 10 guests and is divided into two buildings: the first is arranged over three levels, and the second across one. In the main building, guests can relax in the spacious living room centred around a fireplace. This space is furnished with two large sofas, a flat-screen SAT-TV and leads through to an archway from the living room. There is also a fully-equipped eat-in kitchen fitted with a dishwasher, a microwave, a drip coffee machine and a cooker hob.
The second building features a beautiful en-suite bedroom and a small kitchenette.

Extra charges
In wintertime or when necessary because of the climate, an extra charge will be paid for heating according to consumption. Electricity is also to be paid on the spot, based on consumption at €0.35 kw/h. A deposit of €300 must be paid on arrival.

For the exclusive use of guests are a couple of areas equipped for outdoor dining facing the house. Crossing a very small road leading to a property below, guests will find the pool reserved for their exclusive use (12.5x4.5 mt; depth: 1.2 - 1.6) along with a shower and an equipped lawn (350 m2).

The semi-detached holiday home is located in the peaceful hills of Val d’Arno, just 45 minutes from the centre of Pisa, where the Leaning Tower of Pisa attracts tons and tons of tourists year-round. The shops and supermarkets, ideal for a facilitated self-catered stay, are a 5-minute drive from here; meanwhile, the closest restaurant and winery are a 10-minute drive away.
For added relaxation, guests can head to Terme Casciana at a 30-minute drive, and well-known since the Etruscan times. They can also visit the sandy coastline at Marina di Pisa, located a 1-hour drive and enjoy a whole day out at the beach. For an off-the-beaten-track activity, there is a horse ranch just a 25-minute drive away.
Within 1 hour, guests can explore and discover some of the best-known destinations of western Tuscany, including Lucca and its impressive town walls, the imposing towers of San Gimignano and the cultural gems of the Tuscan capital, Florence.
