We were not told that we would have to climb a lot of steps to get upstairs and the person on crutches slipped because of the ice which had not been cleared for us. I really wish the description had been more accurate so we would have been able to refuse this place because it was just inappropriate for us and very disappointing."

"Very clean, good interactions with host. We found it was a great spot for us for our 3 days in Montreal after Ottawa and on the way to Quebec city. No real complaints minor nit-picky item would be that the couch isn’t super comfortable, on the plus side we walked to get groceries at the IGA, got our own parking spot and the area was quiet. "
