"Stunning property in a fabulous location with everything you need. Great outdoor area and entertaining area, lots of space and all the equipment. Perfect for setting up bedrooms as lots of configurations. Sleeps 10 easily, 12 if you have children as was a set of bunk beds. Easy to walk to the strip, convienent for taxi to old town, new town, the strip and shops like Aldi etc. these are walkable but if lord of shopping it’s better to Uber back….we found out the hard way. "Overall we was disappointed with the property due to there being a lot more damage than what we wasn't expecting and then blamed for. Even though within 15 minutes of being there we found a number of broken or damaged items. The built extension floods when there is heavy downpour as well. Broken sunbed which we didn't use but was blamed for it. A broken bunk bed and nothing was put in place even though the knew the villa was at full capacity. "We had a fantastic family holiday in the villa. There were 10 of us in total and I wouldn’t recommend anymore (unless young children) We had planned on 4 teenagers/young adults having the bunk beds but unfortunately the mattresses were very thin so 2 of the 4 stayed on the sofas in the living room and we had to double the mattress up for the other 2 be comfortable. "The Villa was perfect for what we needed, good quiet location close to the strip but not too close. Useful shops just round the corner. The pool area was fantastic, we paid for hot tub and pool heating and felt that was worth the extra as we used both everyday extensively. We did a lot of catering in the Villa and there is everything you need in the kitchen. We only used 2 of the rooms, the bunk bed room was a bit cramped with 2 sets of beds. Lounge was nice and comfy. "Great villa & location for a family holiday. Easy to walk everywhere, but very cheap to get around in taxis (Bolt). The villa is very close to pool and tennis court. Pool is in very good condition. Tennis court is in need of some maintenence but its fine for a friendly game."
