On the main floor there is a spacious open-plan living and dining room with direct access to the outdoor area and private swimming pool. The room has a comfortable sofa, television and dining table ideal for groups. The fully equipped kitchen includes a combined fridge, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, Pingo Doce coffee machine, toaster, juice squeezer and various essential utensils for extended stays.



Outside, guests can enjoy a pleasant leisure area with a private swimming pool of approximately 6x3 metres, sun loungers and barbecue, perfect for outdoor meals on hot Algarve days.

Failure to comply with the following rules may result in an additional charge:

• Damage caused by misuse or negligence.

• Smoking inside the property.

• Presence of guests not included in the booking.

• Parties, excessive noise or failure to comply with quiet hours between 23:00 and 07:00.

• Security call-out due to excessive noise, removal or attempted tampering with the decibel meter.

• Incorrect use of the parasol/awning, which must be closed when not in use.

• Failure to comply with check-out time, by default until 10:00.

• An extra cleaning fee will be charged if the house is left with excessive dirt and/or excessive rubbish on the property.

• Use of glass objects in the pool.



The amenities provided upon arrival are not restocked during the stay.

Access to the house is conditional on completing online check-in, blocking the security deposit and paying the tourist tax.
