"The villa itself was clean and tidy with all the necessary facilities. However, as we were staying slightly out of season, the temperatures dropped at night, and the bedding only had very thin "duvets" which meant it was very cold on the first night, as we couldn't find any extra blankets. "This villa exceeded our expectations. The layout is great, with very comfortable bedrooms and multiple living spaces, which gave our group plenty of privacy. The outdoor space is beautiful, with a lovely garden and a great pool area surrounded by sun loungers. We spent most of our time outside playing snooker and enjoying the barbecue. It is situated in a very quiet area but still just a short drive from Albufeira and within walking distance to some nice local spots."

"We stayed in this villa for a week. Check in was smooth and easy, the villa had everything necessary for our family, cleaned to a good standard and communication with Miguel was easy and he replied quickly to my queries.We used Uber to get to the town when we wanted to go out for dinner, very easy and not at all expensive. The outdoor area had plenty of sunbeds, there were several shaded areas to have a break from the sun which was great. The decking is a bit tired and uneven in some areas...

"Pros: Good pool and good location. This could be a great villa with some attention to the house Cons: No local information, very hard thin beds, showers were intermittent, kitchen items very basic e.g. no matching plates, no Prosecco glasses, no plastic glasses for pool side. No side tables for the outdoor loungers. Sports room could be great but felt very creepy and my children wouldn’t go down there. Air con was very noisy and not that effective. Bedding very poor."
