"Room was clean and tidy. Staff were friendly. They didn’t have pillows in the room for the pull out couch, when we asked for some we were told there were none available. Breakfast was fine, pool was fine. Overall everything just needs some tlc, a bit of money for new things, and a handyman."

"The Sandman Inn McBride BC was terrible! After arriving moments to midnight the staff though friendly check us in and then closed down for the night. The staff did not stay around to see if there were any issues with the room. The room upon inspection was not clean! The bed had dirty stains and a black imprinted hand that clearly was NOT CLEANED! As this is a remote area and no where else to go, I was forced to share a bed with my friend. The room also was not cleaned like stated on the card...
