"Clean, comfortable, easy check in and check out, we used the cottage as a overnight stay on our Colorado birding tour 2026 - it was ideally located for our visit to Walden reservoir, Coalmont LEK, and the Ranger Lakes SP region. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in the area."

"We had a party of 5 & the bedrooms accommodations met our needs perfectly. I did not want bunk beds for our 6' grandso so the seperate twin beds worked much better and each bedroom had their own full bath. Jim was easy to work with and the extras was appreciated ( coffee beans and grinder, bear spray, laundry pods, bathroom amenities etc). "Nicely restored farmhouse located just a few minutes outside Hamilton. Quiet, clean property with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Beautiful scenery to enjoy a cup of coffee on the porch. The host is very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions. The fresh baked banana bread and cookies she leaves for guests are delicious! Really enjoyed our stay here!"
