"My husband and I stayed at this property while visiting our daughter who attends Miami. About a 22 minute scenic drive to Oxford. Property was super clean and accommodating. Made a few home cooked dinners for our daughter and played Galaga in the game room. Loved having two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Would highly recommend."

"Seth was quick with and on time with all the house information. The home is in a nice neighborhood, a lot quieter than I expected. You can tell he is updating and adding things to make the home more comfortable for guests. We would stay here again the the time comes. The place was very clean, all new appliances, comfortable beds, and a very helpful and responsive host.The neighborhood in the immediate vicinity leaves a little to be desired, but it is a short walk to the downtown area, and an easy drive to the "newer" parts of Middletown. "This was the perfect location for our visit to Loveland. Just a short walk to downtown and a terrific bike trail. Plenty of space for our family of four in this nicely renovated older home. Beds were comfortable. Living room was roomy - a perfect spot to gather and hang out. If it had been warmer, the wrap-around porch would have been ideal. Host was very responsive and provided detailed information prior to our arrival. "
