Fully furnished with all necessities including kitchen amenities and luxurious linens for the comfy king sized bed. Brand new queen sleeper sofa with gel hybrid mattress in living room. Close to Westlake Town Center for your shopping convenience. Bernard’s Landing offers 3 pools (2 outdoor and 1 heated indoor), hot tub, fitness center, boat and personal watercraft rentals, complimentary boat docks, racquetball court, pickleball, basketball, tennis and clubhouse!

I had a wonderful stay! The property was exceptionally clean, spacious, and perfect for relaxing after a day of hiking. Everything was well maintained and exactly as described. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

I stayed in Moondance during the 1st week of October while there was a full moon. As if the area wasn't already peaceful and gorgeous enough during the day, sunrises & sunsets made me get lost in their beauty for just a moment and then that moon with such an open view was the perfect way to wrap up nice days at this cozy condo..I was even able to take a nature walk while at the lake and enjoy freshly fallen acorns and other charms of nature. Kathleen was just as helpful and kind through every step of our stay as she could be. I will very likely request to rent from her again. I am very thankful for this opportunity to have our getaway at Moondance!

We are total beach people and it was our first time at SML for a wedding. This condo was perfect, the bed is very comfortable and it had everything we needed! Very close to the beach area. We were in town for a wedding and the venue was straight across the way and an easy walk. The vaulted ceilings made it feel bigger than it was and you can’t beat the view- we’d love to come back!! It’s important to note that stopping at Kroger on the way in is your best option as the food options are slim to none and quality is not very reliable. The bagel place near by is decent for breakfast but that’s about it. We also own a rental in OBX, NC so we’re picky when we rent other homes and this exceeded our expectation of “we just need a place to rest our heads for a quick trip”. Kathleen was so sweet too and available for all questions. 10/10 recommend!

We enjoyed staying at this lovely condo! Beautifully decorated, comfortable seating and bed, clean and had nice touches such as multi plug in charging station next to bed. High quality sheets snd towels. We missed a few items for cooking and making a pitcher of tea but we made due. We cook in, alot. Nice cookware, glass and dinnerware. Highly recommend. Two flights of stairs but they are easy. Skylights made it bright when we kept the curtains closed to keep the condo cooler due to the hot sun. Beautiful views of the lake. Easy walk to the beach and dock if have a boat. Good exercise. We take a wagon/cart which makes for easier instead of carrying everything. True gem of a place! Thank you Kathleen for sharing your place! Definitely our favorite condo!

Condo was very clean, great lake decor. Had great view of the lake and great for watching the stars at night. We had everything there we needed to enjoy our time at SML. Bed was very comfortable, everything about the place was perfect. We have every intention on coming back again. Beautiful area and great place to stay.

Great stay in SML

It's a beautifully decorated condo in a great location. My wife and I enjoyed our getaway for a few days to SML and look forward to going back. I appreciate the owner's communication when the messaging on VRBO was not working correctly. I would highly recommend this rental to others. Bonus: Check out Napoli by the Lake, only a six-minute walk/one-minute drive away (get a reservation in advance). We really enjoyed The Bagel and I - about 15 minutes away - as a breakfast option.

Beautiful place for a get away

We enjoyed staying in the Moondance for the weekend for a wedding. The condo is on the 3rd floor and gives beautiful views of the lake and the main building across the lawn. The whole place is decorated beautifully and had everything we needed for the weekend. The AC was cold and the shower hot.

Jet Ski Vacay

Moon Dance condo delivers! We felt like we were at home. View is spectacular and docks are so convenient for skiing. We love Bernard’s Landing and very close to town for any essential item’s needed. We had a great stay!

Rainy Days Lovely place

Well, the weather wasn’t the best. Rain. Rain. More rain. Needless to say we spent a lot of time indoors. I can honestly say that we didn’t mind. Moon dance at Bernard’s Landing was so lovely, comfortable, and clean. It was relaxing and the view of the Lake was beautiful even on the rainy days. The decor was right on point and there was great attention to little detail.
