Located on the 2nd floor (with lift), it comprises an attractive 25 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms (with shower). The accommodation comprises

- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: with 1 king-size bed (180×200) and private bathroom (with shower and WC)
- Bedroom 2: with 1 bunk bed (sleeps 3)
- A second bathroom with shower and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
