"Listing stated pets allowed and we were told by the host no pets allowed, we have a service dog which cannot by federal law be removed. Host threatened to shut off electricity and water if we didn’t give him a 200 a day pet deposit, which is also against Federal law, very shady situation, would not recommend to anyone. VRBO handled the situation very well and put us up in another place."

"The Rose Evan Real Estate group was communicative, prompt and helpful. Check-in went very smoothly. The cottage is furnished nicely, comfortable and light and airy. Attractive, heavyish curtains are drawn at night for privacy. Beds and pillows are comfortable and the bathrooms are modern. The AC was simple and worked wonderfully.
