A stay at Moab Flats serves up the best Utah has to offer on a silver platter. Located directly off of Main Street with an air of mid-century modern, Moab Flats 4 is the perfect spot to begin your next adventure. Condo is on the ground level.

Close your eyes and imagine your ideal Moab vacation. What does it look like? Waking up early in the morning to enjoy a cup of coffee as the sunrise slowly peaks over the trees? Or maybe it starts even earlier, shaking off the sleep to lace up your hiking boots and beat the sun as you set up your camera to capture the sherbet pink skis behind on of Utah’s iconic arches? Or even working on your bike in the bike tune station before hitting the slick rock trails.

However you choose to spend your day in Moab, you can always come home to Moab Flats. Each room is thoughtfully appointed with designer furnishings, unique artwork, and colorful textiles. Sophisticated and sleek, modern yet cozy – this aesthetic makes anyone feel at home. A full sized kitchen, fully stocked with everything you need, is ideal for any fledging chef.

After dinner, head outside to the firepit as you sit beneath a blanket of stars stretched out above you. Rough day on the trails? Soak in the hot water of the hot tub outside as you enjoy your favorite frosty beverage.

Your Moab vacation can be whatever you imagine, especially when you stay with us at Moab Flats.

Nice but noisy

We loved the location and the amenities. The hot tub was super nice but too hot. The maintenance man said it was not adjustable. Also we had the lower unit which was nice for access but the guests above use could be heard stomping around a whole lot. Not so nice when trying to get some.rest. also an aside note. One of the patio gates did not m lock.

Nice location, weird smell

Great walkability to main street in Moab! Clean and modern, but there was a weird basement smell to it that compelled us to keep the windows open throughout our stay. Luckily it was perfect weather for it!

Cute lil Flat

Lovely spot and super cute. Provided enough essentials (toiletries, dish soap, and laundry!) as well as a sheet for your pups if they tend to jump on the furniture. The hot tub was delightful. Only weird thing was the request to not turn the temperature lower than 72. It was far too warm in there especially post shower. Had to open the windows, but in the summer that may not help at all. So close to everything else in MOAB, would 100% stay here again.

It was a comfortable stay. Lovely hot tub, comfortable beds, walking distance to restraunts. The checkout process was a bit cumbersome- take off the sheets from the bed, dry and put away the dishes, not just run the dishwasher. . . .

National Park visits

This property is within walking distance of numerous places to eat, drink, & ice cream. Provides a short drive to both Arches & Canyonlands. Perfect stay for our family of 4 & pet Shadow.

Great location, great property

Really enjoyed our stay. The property has many nice features including a community bike shed and hot tub on the enclosed back patio. Walking distance to all the shops and restaurants, yet was off the main drag so very quiet.

Great location

The condo was cutely decorated and had everything we needed (except washcloths). The location is ideal for walking and enjoying Moab and walking/running/biking along the River. The outside seating area was a great idea; however, was very dirty and basically unusable. This is an older unit so you will hear noise from neighboring units and the insta hot water heater.

Misrepresented property

We have stayed at many VRBO properties in the US and abroad and this by far was the worst experience we have ever had. It was overpriced for the location and the comforts. The building is tarpaper thin whereby you can hear every sound from the neighbors above! Every footstep, toilet flush, washing machine, conversations etc.,we were unable to sleep the entire night. We even contacted manager and no accommodation were made. We had originally thought we booked two nights and when received a call while just getting off a hiking trail that they packed up our belongings and dropped them off at a laundry matte, since the apartment was booked for that afternoon. We discovered that not all of our belongings were packed therefore we had to return to the unit and retrieve them. The manager indicated that the cleaning crew was there to get it ready and that was not the case. It was untouched. Very disturbing and we had felt violated regardless of the booking miscommunication. We then had to scramble to find another place at short notice during a marathon event the next day in the park. Again extremely overpriced for what it was.

Moab Flats

The unit was lovely and perfectly equipped. Close to downtown and walking paths were a huge plus. Only negative comments would be hottub not working, grill not equipped with propane, and it was SO LOUD (unit above sounded like they were moving furniture for all 3 days many hours a day. And the furnace in the unit was incredibly loud) there's also a situation with the plumbing, when the unit above would drain ,perhaps the bath, it would back up into the bathtub in our unit, violently, like splash everywhere. )

Perfect!

We absolutely loved the flat. It was so clean and sparkly it felt like we were the first people to stay there. We loved the style decor and all the amenities from the kitchen to the washer:dryer to the outdoor patio with a grill and hot tub. We were so happy that dogs were allowed and we weren’t charged an exorbitant amount to have them along. They thoughtfully provided doggie waste bags and a list if dog friendly hikes in the binder and even included a veterinarian recommendation. For the humans of the group they provided coffee and amenities, a stocked kitchen for a variety of cooking needs, bathroom toiletries, plenty of plugs for all the gadgets, and even laundry soap! All the special touches made us feel very welcome and the convenience of the location and yard space for the doggies made it a relaxing and fun stay. We can’t wait to come back! Thanks!

Moab Flats #4

Wonderful vacation rental and a great place to stay. Chose this because of location and pet friendly. Was very nice staying somewhere where we could walk into town and far enough from the main drag that there was plenty of parking. Place is small but very functions and clean. BBQ available and hot tub to use in the rear courtyard. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Moab.

PERFECT

Perfect summarizes our stay at this location! The location was so close to downtown. Literally like one block off Main Street. Such a super cute and clean unto too! The outdoor area was well done and conducive to meeting and visiting with other travelers. Owner provided recommendations for hiking locations other than the larger attractions. These other hikes were not nearly as crowded and provided beautiful hikes!! Will recommend this unit to others and stay here again if in the area

Beautiful geology

I just love Moab UT like I love Hawaii. The sky was full of clouds the accented the gorgeous rocks. This flat was perfectly located. Super clean and comfortable. I will return on a none holiday rate visit. 😊
