"Really enjoyed my stay. Loved that parking is included. Will be staying again when I am in the area! The only note is that the walls are thin so you can hear a lot of the noise around you but that didn’t bother me too much!"

"Check in was a little rough. I think the woman was new, but we ended up with great rooms. The hotel is beautiful and everyone there was very kind. The pool and hot tub area were nice, but the bubbles weren’t working in the hot tub and it’s a bit small. The pool is warm and large though. I would definitely recommend staying here. My friend is already counting on it. It’s now her favorite hotel."

"Excellent location with Los Alamos Park, Painted Ladies, Golden Gate Park and great restaurants a short stroll away. Staff great, very safe and friendly vibe. Room was very tiny so if you are wanting to work remotely, there is no desk. Definitely would stay here again! "

"Our last stay at IHG was in Miami, and we decided then that IHG was our new favorite hotel. San Francisco did not disappoint! We were provided a very spacious corner room with an outstanding view. The area is very walkable, close to transit, and the sidewalks are free and clear of the obstructions that plague other areas of the city. The staff was very friendly, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. "

"The hotel itself was nice given the location, I felt very safe as a solo traveler and the staff was friendly and genuine! The only thing I would’ve liked was there to be a mini fridge and microwave in the room as I had leftover food that I couldn’t store and eat later but other than that my stay was great! Would definitely book again if need be!! "

"They need to be transparent about their parking situation. First of all its not free. And 2nd of all they dont have enough so if their garage is full you're out of luck and need to go somewhere else to park. "

"I enjoyed this place a lot. The retro look is fun, wooden card keys are neat, great staff and good views from the room. Mixed opinions on the room. It’s great by most standards I suppose but small, with a narrow hallway for hangers on one side and the sink the other etc… cool lighting… the sleeping area is quite small, bed takes up most of it. The lighting is eccentric and the switches tough to figure out / hit or miss. Looks cool though. The room was quiet mostly. There was a couple next door...
