"Nearby to shops, clean and cute. Pictures are accurate as are the other reviews about it being in an older building. No significant neighbor noise or issues when I was there. Construction nearby but didn’t bother me as it wasn’t noisy when I was there. Parking is easy. Very good communication with host with fast response time. Minor maintenance issues reported to the host with a positive response. Overall a good stay. "

"Apartment was exactly as described and pictured, and I love that Angie says to “snoop around” for items for use because I always feel so awkward “snooping around” for kitchen items, linens, etc. in any rental! "This place was absolutely fantastic. Having 2 separate but together units fit my family perfect. Part of fam in one, the other 2 in another. "We LOVED this property. It looks so cute and spacious in the pictures and it did not disappoint! We spent all of our time on the third floor balcony which was comfy and a beautiful natural setting. We enjoyed the friendly neighborhood and the history. Beds comfortable, clean and well appointed bathroom and an efficient kitchen. We would definitely stay here again!"

"We loved the area, which is a quiet little nook within a mile of many amazing local restaurants, jazz clubs, and art scene. We were able to walk many places. The owners left many helpful items for our stay, such as Tylenol, toiletries, snacks, readers, and a few beers from a local brewery. The space was clean, and the ac unit worked very well.
