Welcome to Maravilla 3107. This convenient 2BR, 2BA condo is just across the street from beautiful Miramar Beach. An extra-convenient ground floor condo with large patio overlooks a grassy area. It is great for families with children, seniors or anyone who doesn't care to climb steps or wait for the elevator. With a king bed in the master, a full sized bed in the second bedroom, and a pull out sofa in the living room, the beach condo sleeps 6 comfortably. Enjoy the added benefit of a washer/dryer in the condo. The private beach gate is just steps from your patio door. Enjoy lasting vacation memories at Maravilla 3107.

Maravilla Resort in Miramar Beach is a 33 acre, gated resort featuring the largest private beach in the area — 2.5 acres of private pristine beach! Maravilla Resort has family-oriented vacation rentals. It is a relaxed resort community, and it is less crowded than the downtown Destin area. Many folks enjoy the view of the ocean from the beachside pool, and there is another large pool is located by the clubhouse for a relaxing day of sun! Maravilla features "low rise condo buildings" as opposed to "high rise condo buildings." Low-rise condo buildings are more family-friendly, especially with small children and seniors, while still having the benefit of an elevator. It is easy to walk to the pools and beach. Please note: renters are not allowed to drive golf carts in the Maravilla community.

Area Attractions:

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both Sandestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers a number of boutiques, and dining options.


If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Family Trip

Very clean. Plenty of towels which is always a plus. Location was nice. Loved the private beach access and the pools. Guest bed could have been nicer but wasn’t bad for a short stay. Would have liked to know we couldn’t bring tents/canopy to the beach. Parking was great and nice to have ice to purchase. Would have been nice for all the check out information be the same. For example: everything I got said put air on 74° but when I went to checkout online it said 78°. We had to go back and change it. But overall it was nice, the weather was beautiful and we had a wonderful time. Thank you!

Great location

Love the resort grounds other than they dont inforce dog owners to pick up after dogs.Our unit needed a good deep clean!! No ice maker in fridge and ice 6$ a bag was not helpful. Beaches and acsess was great! I would go back maybe not same unit .

We love Maravilla and the location to beach. This was our 22nd year! Unfortunately, this condo, although very convenient, was dirty (esp floor), and everything was very outdated. Fortunately the weather was great so we didn't need to spend too much time in the condo!

Boo ti full week

Our stay was very good. As always Maravilla is convenient to everything! However the unit could use some TLC. Fix a torn screen in the livingroom door, replace worn quilts and provide some skillets. Plenty of pots and pans, but the skillets need to be tossed. All in all not a bad unit, just a little tired and needing a facelift.

Perfect location to beach

Wife, myself, 2 sons age 3 and 3 months along with another couple with a 3 year old stayed at this property and it was perfect. Layout of condo was perfect. Short walk to the beach was a real plus especially with the plethora of beach toys we had to haul with us for the kids. Will definitely stay at this location again!!

It really is steps to beach!

Though it’s not a beach view unit, it really is steps to the beach. The property and unit locations are great! We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the quick and professional management response when we had an issue with the fridge.

Quick Get away long weekend

Due to storm hitting Orange Beach, had to reroute our adult weekend get away. Condo was nice, a little smaller than we thought. Master bedroom was comfortable but spare room was entirely too small for 2 adults. No room to move at all. Queen bed was put in room on an angle due to small size of room. No bath in spare room, just outside of bedroom. Kitchen was ok a little small ... Only two adults can fit. Ice maker never worked at all bring your own ice! Was told it was "steps to the beach"...more like a 5 min walk and you had to crossover scenic 98 hwy.....not good if you have to tote a bunch of kids items as well as kids! No view of beach to speak of either...only from patio looking across hwy. Would have passed this one up if I would have been told this upfront. It's a decent condo but dated as well. Need better furniture for sure! All in all we had a nice time for a last minute booking. Thank you.

Overall Good Experience

We love this property for its location. We love the ground floor condos. This particular condo could use some TLC: nothing that inhibited our stay, just time for it to be refreshed some. Our experience checking in was not acceptable. We had been sent the room code/gate code about an hour before check-in time, so expected all to go smoothly. We were arriving late, around 11:30pm. When we arrived, the gate code did not work. We called the phone number provided for after-hours help, and we were forced to leave a voice mail, at midnight, to try to get the right code. We continued calling until an actual person answered. She argued with us that we had the right code and it should work. The problem, THE CODE DID NOT WORK. Much to her frustration, she begin to give us other codes to try, while still insisting that we had the right one. To her surprise, the third gate code option she gave us worked, and we were able to get in. All’s well that ends well; however, this shouldn’t have happened at all. RealJoy should look into their process in this matter. Next time, I will call RealJoy ahead of time, talk to a real person, double and triple check things, rather than depend on an email/text message to give me correct information.
