Nice updated unit with view of the Gulf.
My wife and I enjoyed our stay at the property.
Pros:
Minutes walk to the beach with 2 pools along the way.
Elevator was quick and I never waited long, a definite plus. Plenty of parking in the lot.
Beach did not have too many people, especially in the morning.
Room has been updated so it was not dated.
Loved the shower with built in seating.
Newer TVs allowed streaming from my phone
Cons:
No kitchen, only microwave and small fridge.
No DVD. While you can rent DVDs and get 2 for free, our DVD player was not hookup correctly. We were also missing the TV remote without which, you cannot change the input source to the TV. Help provided after calling the front desk was not accurate.
Sand on the floor. A vacuuming of the floors would help before new guest check-in. This was not the case as there was plenty of grittiness on the floor.
Stained towels. The towels should really be replaced if they are permanently stained. Luckily, they provided plenty of towels for the unit.
Walls are thin. Our new neighboring guest had a baby and we heard it crying a lot.
Summary. Overall, happy with our stay and would come back again. Probably get a bigger unit that has a kitchen. Property should make sure that cleaning is better.
