Welcome to Sunny Destination, your vibrant getaway where relaxation meets adventure! This charming vacation rental boasts two beautifully appointed bedrooms, including a luxurious king suite with an attached bath featuring a refreshing walk-in shower, and an inviting guest room with two cozy queen beds. With two full bathrooms, there's plenty of space for everyone to unwind after a fun-filled day at the beach.

Step into the heart of Sunny Destination, where a fully stocked kitchen awaits, ready to inspire your culinary creations! Gather around the dining area bathed in natural light, or lounge in the living room, complete with a Smart TV and high-speed Wi-Fi for those cozy movie nights. With a golf cart provided for easy exploration and dogs are welcome (up to two furry friends under 30 pounds), this home ensures everyone feels right at home. The lawn is fully fenced, with one side featuring a 3-foot-high temporary section that can be moved as needed to accommodate guest needs.

Nestled in a picturesque, gated community, you'll have access to fishing ponds, stunning golf courses (additional charge), and pristine beach and bay access—all without stepping into traffic, thanks to the nearby tunnel under Highway 98! Enjoy access to multiple inviting pools and a vibrant aquatic center, complete with a relaxing heated pool perfect for year-round enjoyment. Kids will love the playgrounds, while adults can indulge in the culinary delights and shopping at Baytowne Wharf. After a day of sun-soaked adventures, relax in your backyard sitting area or fire up the propane grill for a delightful evening under the stars at Sunny Destination!

Guest bedroom: 2 queen beds, dethatched bathroom with shower/tub combo

Reservations include complimentary beach gear credit ($35 daily), personalized to fit your needs. Beach gear options include kayaks, paddle boards, bikes, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, corn hole, and much more. Applicable for stay durations between 3-21 nights.

Planned Golf Cart Maintenance: the GC will be unavailable for the dates of
Monday, April 27th- Monday, May 4.

Nice place to stay. Very quiet. The beach was extremely crowded with language and smoking. We chose to go to the pools landside and had a much better experience. I’m sure the beach issues had to do with Spring breakers.

We had a fantastic stay at this condo! It was perfect for our beach trip — clean, well-equipped, and pet-friendly. We loved that it even had dog leashes and a fenced yard for our pup. The floor plan was great, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Having a golf cart included was super convenient, and the location couldn’t have been better — right between the bay and the ocean. The property manager was amazing and very responsive. There was so much to do in the resort, and we can’t wait to come back soon!

Great location

We always stay in this area because it is the best place to get around on a golf cart. No need to get in a car unless going into Destin or going to 30a area. House was perfect for our little pups. Would definitely stay here again

a minute agoNewNice clean beautiful home and location was great too for our family of four and small fur baby. It gave a quaint cottage feel. One bedroom was king with adjoining bath and the other had 2 full beds with attached private bath. Everything in community was close by. Pool was just a short golf cart ride and there were multiple pools. Easy to walk around to give pet exercise This place was really accommodating as it had a backyard perfect for relaxing in between pool, beach and village visits. The included cart golf was a hit and made getting around the best. Backyard was also perfect for the dog. it was fenced off at back but not completely fenced in which was still ok. There was also a front patio area which had a table and umbrella. The home had nice touches throughout that gave you beach vibes. Looking forward to returning.

We loved it!!!

Beautiful Property well, taken care of. It has all the luxuries you can imagine and the convenience of the golf cart was amazing. The golf cart had a little bit of an issue when you let off the gas it would kind of choke out but other than that it was amazing. We will definitely be back.
