"We had a great stay at this property for a long weekend. The owner was very responsive via text and allowed us to check in early resulting in more beach time. He also quickly addressed a silverware shortage by dropping off some additional forks. The golf cart was a huge plus and the beach was accurately advertised as only three minutes away. We also took the cart to Baytown Wharf which is 10-15 min under the tunnel. It was a ton of fun! The home is in good condition for its age with some...

"Spring break with multi generations…perfect beach front access and view! The new nursing mommy and great grandma could both easily enjoy the beauty of the beach without feeling left out. The elevator was a welcome savior. The home is well built and maintained and Julie is the best!"

"It was spacious for the family had everything you needed to etiquette for your stay. The only issues was questioned about life guards with the hidden dunes condos where you can walk the beach. I would rent again for a family stay just that being questioned saying we need to show that we can be at the beach. Found water bug in the pillows in the upstairs room but other than that it was cleaniss."

"We arrived with no issues at all. Everything was clean, which can sometimes be an issue with sandy beach condos. Lovely little deck out back, the layout was perfect for me and my husband, my mom, and my two kids. Golf cart was a definite plus! Would definitely stay again!"

"We had a wonderful stay. The golf cart was a great accessory to get back and forth to the beach. The house was just right for our family of 6. Unfortunately the air conditioner went out with 2 days left. We were pleased with the quick response and constant communication to get it resolved."

"House was clean and seems brand new . Kitchen was huge and love the ice makers on 1st n 2nd floor. Just need to do something about the AC by the bunks beds … it was not cool enough. Need to shrink the pillow size- very uncomfortable to sleep. Everything else was perfect."

"Very nice vacation house. Plenty of room and close to the beach. Beach access is across the roadway but no beach associated with this property in that direct area as it was all private so we had to migrate over to the public beach area. Pool was very close. Overall a very nice place to stay. Very close to grocery store and local restaurants. We would stay here again!!!"

"From the time we reserved the condo to the time we left the experience was great. The condo is beautiful and met all of our needs. We highly recommend this condo, the kitchen is greatly equipped, the beach stuff was perfect and on the rainy day we were able to join the large screen TV to watch a movie or two."

"Nos alojamos en el área bayside, es una habitación sencilla pero puedes encontrar piscina y un café (sunset café bar) cerca. Hay muchas actividades diferentes para hacer, la playa queda un poco retirada aunque puedes alquilar carritos de golf y hay un bus que te puede llevar sino tienes transporte propio. Difícil parquear en la zona de la playa en algunas horas. "

"Very nice location, short walk to the beach. Stan provided a basket of snacks the kids enjoyed & backpack chairs, umbrella and children’s beach toys. Coffee pot didn’t work but there was a kettle for back up. The breaker flipped after we turned on the lights,without us plugging anything in. we had a hard time getting that back online since it was hidden behind a giant mirror we were afraid to break and technically since my neck surgery I’m not supposed to lift more than 20lbs.
