  • Located in the quiet, family-friendly community of Linkside, you will be right at home in this spacious, three-bedroom/two-bath golf course-front villa in Sandestin. Sandestin offers something for everyone. This unit sits on a retention pond where turtles will be happy for you to feed them some bread crumbs. Large Deck overlooks the Golf Course with the Bay in the background. Free Free Wifi! 6 seater Golf Cart Included, 3/2 with Magnificent Views of Lake and Golf Course! Sofa sleeper in living room. Sleep count is 6. No pets allowed. From time to time, due to the mechanics of golf carts, their parts or operational error, the golf cart will not operate or will be out of service. There is no guarantee that the golf cart will be in service during the entire period of your stay, however we will provide service and repair to the best of our ability subject to the time of the notification of such operational error. There are no credits, refunds or alternative means of transportation provided to any guest due to the golf cart being out of service for any or all of the period of your stay.

The property was very clean and description was accurate. Location was conveniently close to many restaurants and shopping opportunities. Being able to travel by golf cart to the beach, eateries and such is a huge plus!

We had a wonderful time staying at this property! Super clean and in a perfect location for restaurants and shopping. Had a golf cart available if needed too. Will rent again without hesitation!

We’ve been to Sandestin many times but this is the only property we’ve stayed at twice! We love the location, the set up of the home. It’s clean, the property management company is extremely easy to communicate with and the check in/out process is so easy. I’ll miss my coffee on the deck as the sun comes up. Thanks for another great stay!

Everything you need!!

Great location, clean property, very nice! Really enjoyed having a golf cart to drive to the beach and grocery store. I will definitely stay again the next time we visit!

House was incredibly clean and comfortable. Beds were lovely and I especially enjoyed the "heat" function in the primary bath. Our last day was exceptionally warm and we had a nice visit with the ducks swimming behind the deck.

Girls Trip

We had a great girls trip in this home. It was clean, well stocked, and in a perfect location. We loved having the golfcart to get around and enjoyed morning walks on the trails.

We loved our stay here

This was an amazing vacation and everything was perfect. The golf cart was perfect touch and my kids favorite part of the house. We loved the location and everything around us. The warf shopping close by was fun to drive the golf cart to and spend some time there. Overall we loved everything about this trip and this house was perfect for us.

Sandestin Resort never disappoints

This is our third year staying in the resort and neighborhood. This property was wonderful. We loved the seclude deck, golf cart access and the quick golf cart ride to the beach. The home was clean and comfortable.

Turtle Gang hangs out with the turtles.

We had a great stay. The house was clean, quiet and comfortable. The back porch was a highlight. Watching the turtles, ducks and golfers was fun. It was nice to have a golf cart and you could go there and never drive your car. We would recommend it and hope to stay there again.

We’ve stayed her twice now and love it

We stayed at this property 2 years ago and again this year. We love the neighborhood, the house and the cute deck area. The golf cart broke the second day but property management was able to get us another one. They really went above and beyond. We will definitely stay here again.

Annual Family Vacation

We loved this property! My boys especially loved being right on the pond. They brought their fishing poles and tried to catch fish everyday. The property looked just like it was listed….very pretty with a clean, beachy feeling inside.

Perfect

The house was immaculate and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the deck where we fed the turtles. The golf cart was an added benefit and was nice going back and forth to the pool. I have no negative remarks.
