Welcome to our BRAND NEW Sweet Breeze!
Located 2 short blocks from Pompano Joes Public Beach Access which has a large parking lot for vehicles and golf carts plus a nice bathroom, outdoor showers and restaurant.

These are luxury brand new homes so we do NOT rent to school groups or chaperoned groups! You must be 25 or older.
This exquisite brand-new build is primely located just off Scenic Highway 98 across from Miramar Regional Beach Access. Boasting over 5,000 Sq.Ft., this Sweet Breeze home is thoughtfully designed with vacation rental families in mind. Luxury details begin with shiplap accents and wide plank wood flooring throughout the first-floor open concept living, dining, and kitchen spaces. The well-appointed café kitchen is a chef's delight with stainless steel appliances, gas stove, modern vent hood, and large island with integrated storage and added seating, The master suite located on the main level boasts a spacious spa-like shower, soaking tub, and double stand-alone cabinet vanities that blend rustic charm with contemporary style creating a private oasis. Both the second and third levels are layered in clean lines with subtle touches of lavishness throughout each of the 9 rooms with private en-suites.

Roomy sun decks at each of these levels look out to the sunset horizon over the water or enjoy the spacious and secluded backyard with a show stopping pool and 6x6 cascading waterfall hot tub framed in with a six-foot privacy fence. The ideal location in Miramar Beach, proximity to beach access, dining, and entertainment options all within short walking distance make this home spectacular inside and out!

Great house for large group

Hard to beat this house for a large group of 21. Our family spanned 3 generations. The house was clean, well maintained, comfortable in a great location. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious. The house temperature was great. Plenty of comfortable beds. No complaints! The outdoor pool and hot tub are well maintained. Plenty of shade and sun and picnic tables. Easy walk to beach for adults and great having gulf cart for the two year olds. Plenty of ice with extra ice maker. Lots of seating for family dinners. We would highly recommend this home.

Great Location, But Extremely Limited Amenities – A Disappointing Experience

Overall, our stay near Miramar Beach was pleasant, but there were several inconveniences that made it less enjoyable. The house itself was spacious, featuring 10 bedrooms, and we stayed there for four nights with approximately 25 people. However, what surprised us the most was the extreme lack of essential supplies provided by the property.Despite accommodating such a large group, the house was stocked with only two trash bags, just two bowls for cleaning utensils, and a single kitchen towel for the entire stay. Each room was supplied with only one roll of toilet paper, which was far from sufficient for a multi-day stay. Additionally, there were no provisions for washing clothes, and the toiletries provided were disappointingly minimal—tiny bottles of shampoo and body wash that barely lasted for a single use.Another major inconvenience was the absence of a vacuum cleaner, which we had to specifically request. Given the size of the house and the number of guests, one would expect basic cleaning supplies to be readily available. Due to these shortcomings, we found ourselves having to purchase a significant number of basic necessities on our own, which was both unexpected and frustrating.Having stayed in many other rental properties, I have never encountered such an extreme level of stinginess when it comes to providing essential amenities. While the location and the house itself were great, the lack of basic supplies made the experience less convenient than it should have

Great for extra large group

Great facility. We had absolutely no problems. Our only question had to do with only 6 parking places for our 11 cars. (we had 30 people). We were able to work this out after the owner explained to us the local parking restrictions. The golf cart was invaluable. Beach was easily accessible. Kitchen amenities were more than we expected. Pool was exceptional and perfect for our group. We had fun helping each other get into the high beds in several rooms, but the furnishings in general were very nice. There could have been a chair in each bedroom since we couldn't sit on some of the beds. In general we will certainly consider this facility for future vacations.
