Stylish 1-Bedroom in Saint Paul with River Views

Large  1/1 in stately 1880s mansion turned apartment. Ground floor, large porch, quiet corner, across from Indian Mounds Park w/ glorious Mississippi River + downtown views. Superb location! Our cozy home is just 5-min drive (15 min walk) to downtown and 2 min-drive to Metro State U!

High ceilings with architectural touches, large living room, full kitchen w/ dining table.  Queen bed in bedroom and open connected room w/ desk / twin bed. Sleeper sofa in living room. Easy parking in front.

Parking:
Parking: We don't have dedicated parking area in the unit but you can find ample free street next to house as this is not a busy street.  

Washer and dryer:
We have a shared washer and dryer in the basement (stairs to the basement just past the front apartment door).

Sleeping arrangements:
king-sized bed in the bedroom
In the living room, we have a sleeper sofa that can turn into a queen-sized bed.

For bigger groups, the unit next door is also available via Airbnb. When combined, both units can comfortably sleep 10 adults.

We provide some basic consumables, but please note they are non-refundable. If you need more, you can easily find them at nearby convenience stores.
