"Generally the apartment was good - nice space, bed was comfy, shower was good. However it wasn’t the cleanest, generally could do with a good clean, the sofa needed hoovering and the bathroom could do with a really good scrub. The oven needed a good clean and the trays. The kitchen wasn’t best equipped which was a real downside for me as I was staying there as I’m travelling for work weekly and wanted somewhere I could cook. There was limited pans and no sharp knife, and having the ‘microwave...

"Check in was poor. Told that the card reader was out of service for paying the tourist tax, then told that they don't accept NatWest cards. Someone sorted it out before I left, but being asked to go to a cashpoint, as though their payment problems were mine to solve, was disappointing. The hotel itself is fine, and worth the cost. It's well located and clean. Just the one small lift for all floors is a minor inconvenience"

"Very cold no heating had to ask then ask again They let us in to room early but it had not been cleaned so Covid is a bad risk as not been disaffected so would have rather left our stuff in the car until later"

"I loved the location. It was near the water and a short walk to The Cavern Club and a short walk to the World Museum and Radio city. The room was spacious and clean overlooking the Mersey river"

"Most convenient for travellers. Grocery store next to apartment. Easy access for walking too Cavern, hop on hop off tours, Mersey river cruise. Also to tram to get to Central Train Station. So many choices for dining within steps. Nice to have washer available "

"Overall flat was spacious and location was good. We had flat 9 and the back bedroom had 2 windows both directly above the alley where all the local pubs and restaurants dump their empty bottles and kegs, until well past 1 in the morning then bin men start pick up between 05-0600. Needless to say very little sleep. This is not the rental agency fault as they do not control this but just be aware of these outside conditions."
