"This was our annual Girls Fall Getaway and the cottage was in the perfect location. Literally just across the street is a trail where we did our morning runs and walks and a brewery which had several events during our 4 day stay. The cottage was driving distance to other breweries and restaurants. We even completed the annual Dogfish 6k Dash while we were there. Josh was great and was very attentive to our needs. Definitely recommend!"

"Beautiful tiny home with lavish pool in a quiet neighborhood. Loved the area, the home, and amenities provided. Although, we did not receive the code to unlock the door at check in time and host did not answer our text for about 40 minutes. Thankfully the housecleaner was there to let us in! Still a great stay. "

"We had a great couple of days here. The community is well located to get to and from the beaches (Fenwick and Bethany) and yet away from the crowds and in a really scenic part of Selbyville. We loved our stay and enjoyed the pool (there are 2). The place itself felt like home from the start, owner is really responsive and friendly, and it exceeded our expectations. Would definitely stay again. Felt like home away from home. "

"Very convenient to beach and loved the complex. My 3 yo grandson loved the pool and playgrounds. The items left in shed to borrow were greatly appreciated. Biggest issue was keypad sensitivity and at times challenge to log in. Also noted fan in freezer very loud. Back porch was perfect for early morning bird watching. Thanks "

"This is my favorite stay so far! Check in and check out were the easiest I’ve experienced. The house was so simple and met EVERY need of ours!! The furniture was so cozy and comfortable and the beds were AMAZING! The beds are always the challenge and they nailed it! Very comfortable, clean, and organized. The commute to all the beaches was short and easy! So we didn’t need to bring all our things with us for the day. We hit Higabee beach in the morning then we went back for a break and lunch....

"The place was great. Easy check in. Ample parking. It was easy to find and right off of the main strip. Close drive to many places. About 15 mins from the beach.
