"This was the perfect stay for us (besides the weather)! There were 7 of us which is usually hard to comfortably accommodate. There were 3 full bedrooms with a king/queen beds and a bunk room with 2 twin bunk beds. Our kids range from 15 to 20 (5 of them) and it worked out perfectly! The 4 ft deep saltwater pool was perfect for our needs. The host was so friendly, communicated often and anticipated all our needs! It was the perfect location imo as well. We were not in a major tourist area but...

"We found the property to be extremely clean and stocked with kitchen ware, linens and outdoor equipment. The outdoor area was lovely, though our stay was cold, so we did not use it or the equipment. It was in a nice, quiet neighborhood that was easy to access for travel in various directions. We hope to stay again as we are building in the area over the next year. "

"We enjoyed our stay here for six nights to see our niece/cousin graduate from high school and nearby pace. The property is very secluded. Inside is very spacious clean plenty of outdoor space with a wraparound patio on two levels. The pool is great to have on site. There’s a nearby pond with fishing if you’re into that. There’s also two canoes for use on the bay. The top floor has a gym, which is great. My kids enjoyed playing pool on the pool table up there as well."

"We were visiting family in Milton and Matthews house was the perfect accommodation. Check-in was more than easy, even that we arrived late that day. Owner provided us all needed information.The house is located in an all new, very quite and family oriented neighborhood. "Had about a week in the property and enjoyed it very much. The horses are a nice touch and relaxing to watch and pet. Place is well decorated and comfortable. Good communication and the caretakers are right next door if you need anything. "
