"Hard to get in but otherwise very nice setup"

"The location is perfect for walking around downtown. The building is amazing, with all it’s history, and it’s industrial character preserved. My mother & sister worked there when it was Essex Wire. Everything in the apartment is new and everything you can possibly need is included. I will definitely stay there again."

"Cons—- The neighborhood is” up and coming”. The Bathroom shower is small. Street parking is okay. Windows need new shades don’t close completely.. Pros —- Clean place Quiet place The best customer service, just great Good location I would rent there again."

"Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The shower was not clean, and the drain was clogged with significant hair and grime buildup. The washer/dryer also had a large amount of lint buildup that appeared to be affecting proper drainage.The bed sheets smelled strongly of sweat, and the sofa was covered in what appeared to be cat hair, which made the space feel less than clean and comfortable.Furthermore, communication with the host was also very poor. "The room was great and very comfortable. There were several places to eat and get some drinks across the street, and a great community coffee shop up the street. Franklin Park is close by, and it is in a central location that is close to lots attractions around Columbus. For the most part the neighborhood was very quiet and the studio was as advertised. "The accomodatios were fine and as described. Te area is suboptimal with not much within walking distance and in an economically depressed part of town. The apartment is fine though walls are thin and you can hear others speaking at moderate levels. Only issue was one night around 3am could hear the couple above us talking for about 30-45 min. Listing details stated free parking available. Host texted to ask if we wanted to pay for parking for $10/day. They did not offer free parking until I...
