Hello and Welcome! Consider this upstairs cozy "Studio on Main" apartment your home away from home while you visit the beautiful city of Lancaster. This studio apartment is just a few steps away from vibrant, historic downtown where you can enjoy many attractions including delicious eateries, historic homes/museums, a brewery, art studio, antique shops, summer Friday Night Bandstand concerts and much more! As each new season approaches, you can anticipate something fun to enjoy in downtown Lancaster, and create memories of a lifetime. The easy to navigate streets allow you to experience a sense of exploration anytime of the year. The "Studio on Main” is conveniently located within a 30 minute drive to nationally acclaimed Hocking Hills State Park, where you can enjoy thrilling waterfalls, amazing towering cliffs, numerous hiking trails, and breathtaking rolling hills. Columbus, Ohio's capital city, is only a 30 minute drive north of the Studio!

This early 1900's immaculate charming property offers everything you need for a phenomenal stay with cleanliness as a top priority. As you enter this charming studio apartment, you will conveniently already be in it’s large bedroom /living room combination, with hardwood floors, a king size bed, a pull out queen sleeper sofa, 50 inch T.V, and a dining drop leaf table. You’ll have plenty of space to relax and unwind. Stay connected with WiFi, and enjoy convenient amenities such as AC, heating, a full efficiency kitchen with a farmhouse sink, granite counter tops, microwave, oven/stove, refrigerator and coffee bar. Enjoy all the essentials of a spacious luxury bathroom equipped with a tiled shower and a beautiful sliding glass door.

The "Studio on Main" is an upstairs apartment located in the heart of Lancaster at 312 E. Main St. Suite B, above Precision Eyecare. This is a non-smoking property, and does not allow pets. Free private parking behind the studio is available.

This place was beautiful and quiet! We loved the decor and appreciated the temperature control. The space has extra pillows and blankets which just added to the coziness. We felt very safe in the neighborhood and it was just a short walk away from multiple eating places and shops. Gina was very kind and quick to reply! Would highly recommend!

This is a beautiful place! The host was very easy to deal with, and she was very prompt with responses. Very easy to get in to, very comfortable. It is set up nicely. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone. Highly recommended!

My hubby and I have had some stressful news and situations in the past 3 months and just needed a day away. Thank you for the lovely stay. Unfortunately the cold weather made it too cold and snowy for us to walk around but we had a great time anyway. The studio was everything we needed. The only drawback would be if someone is unable to climb a flight of stairs but even that was fine for most I would say. The owners were always quick to respond and answer questions. They also made wonderful recommendations for food and activities. Hopefully be back soon.

What a cozy, quaint property! As soon as you walk in the door, you feel like you stepped into a charming home-away-from home. Beautifully decorated and so many personal details make you feel like the host knows exactly what you’d like to have for your get away. Snacks, drinks, a cute coffee bar, and so many toiletries available for your use. The host was very kind and you can tell she wants each guest to feel comfortable and at home. Super clean! Will definitely stay again. I felt very safe parking in the well lit lot directly behind the property, as well as two security code entries to my rental. This was important to me as I was traveling alone. Loved having a Bible to use on the nightstand as I did not have room to bring mine. .3 mile walk to Historic downtown Lancaster coffee shops, bakery, and restaurants. Enjoyed the walk and food. I was a little sad to leave! Thank you for a memorable and enjoyable stay!

Perfect location for visiting downtown. Not too far from Columbus if you want to drive that way. Buildings were older colonial style which looked nice. Plenty of parks to choose from. Alot within walking distance. Would recommend,Alert house 1890. Was glad I could enjoy Netflix before bed. I will be coming back for sure since there was plenty more to do.

This is a very nice studio to stay with so many things to do all around for every age. Very safe area. I wasn't sure with being upstairs from a business but we were out during the business hours then come back to our room with no one around us. Total privacy! Gina is a great host! I have stayed in a few VRBO's but I have to say Gina is the best host and really cares about your stay! We hope to be back in the spring

My husband and I visited Lancaster for the Lancaster Art Festival. We had a fabulous time and highly recommend The Studio on Main! The host communicated check in/out directions very well. very well. Very easy process. We had everything we needed in this beautiful place. The bed was extremely comfy, and the apartment was very quiet and relaxing. The kitchen was adorable with plenary of amenities like coffee, tea, water bottles and candies. The best part was the location which made walking downtown to eat dinner at one of the many restaurants Lancaster has to offer, a real treat. The host has decorated this quaint rental with pieces that fit with the local history. We highly recommend this property-and will be returning.

Great property!! Ease of access, ease of parking and everything was exactly as described! Gona was an amazing host, great communication throughout the stay! The studio apartment was clean, nice, cute, and the bed was extremely comfortable!!! We will definitely use Gina again! HIGHLY recommended!!!
